APS Provides is an accessibility-focused service provider supporting individuals with mobility needs across Jamaica. We deliver wheelchair-accessible transport, mobility support, and inclusive travel solutions designed around comfort, safety, and dignity.
We are a team of dedicated Jamaicans who believe that mobility is a fundamental right. Our background is rooted in service and care & we understand the unique challenges faced by those with limited mobility. From our professional drivers to our support staff, every member of our team is trained to treat our clients with the highest level of dignity and respect
Meet The Founder | A Vision for an Inclusive Jamaica
APS Provides was born from both personal passion and professional purpose. Our founder, Donovan Haynes, who has a child with complex special needs, understands first-hand the daily challenges faced by people with limited mobility, disability and the frustration that comes with inaccessible environments.
Driven by a desire to make Jamaica a more inclusive and accessible place, the founder established APS Provides to bridge the gap in reliable, respectful mobility services. With years of experience in transport logistics and community support, they saw an opportunity to create a service that not only meets physical needs, but also restores freedom, dignity and independence.
